Xtream ↔ M3U: do you need a file or three values?
Xtream panels expose the same account in two shapes: one M3U Plus URL that carries everything, or three separate values for an API login. Every “nothing works” question starts with knowing which shape your player wants. This page is the map — a chooser that points to the right tool instead of doing the work twice.

Pick by what you are holding
1. You need a file for a player
Use the Xtream → M3U downloader: it connects with server, user and password, lists categories, and writes a .m3u/.m3u8 file straight to disk. Live channels arrive in one request; movies and series come page by page.
2. You have a link but the player wants three fields
Use the M3U → Xtream splitter: paste the link, press “Split the parts” and copy host, username and password into the player’s Xtream API login.
3. You have three fields but the player wants one URL
Same tool, other tab: “Build an M3U link” builds the get.php-based M3U Plus link. The protocol is added for you if you paste only host:port.
4. You are not sure the account is even alive
Run the account check first: status, expiry, days left and connection limit in one answer. Renewing or fixing a password is cheaper than debugging 4,000 channels.
5. The file loads but channels are dead
That is a stream problem, not a format problem: pass the file through the M3U checker and keep only the channels that actually answer.
The same account, four shapes
- • get.php?username=…&password=… — A playlist URL: paste it into any player that accepts an M3U address.
- • player_api.php?username=…&password=… — The API endpoint behind the panel: categories, streams, account status.
- • /live/user/pass/1234.ts — A single stream URL: useful for diagnostics, not for a playlist entry.
- • Server + user + password — What an “Xtream login” form asks for; the splitter extracts these from a link.
None of these tools provide content
All four are formatting and testing tools: they work with an account you already have and never supply, host or resell a stream. Credentials are used only for the request you start, and playlist files are never uploaded — parsing and editing happen in the tab. What they cannot do is make a dead provider alive: if channels return 403 across the board while the account is active, only your provider can fix that.
FAQ
Downloader or converter — which one?+
Downloader when you want a file (.m3u/.m3u8) to load into a player. Converter when you want to move between one link and three fields, for example to log into an Xtream API form.
Can I do both in one place?+
They are separate pages on purpose: one talks to your panel and writes a file, the other never makes a network request. Keeping them apart means the conversion stays a pure browser action.
What if the panel closed get.php?+
The downloader falls back to the panel API and builds the list from there — that is the case it was written for. The converter itself does not need get.php at all, because it only rearranges text.
