IPTV playlist tools — English guides
M3UKit is a free, browser-based toolkit for M3U playlists and Xtream panels: test channels, convert formats, remove duplicates, measure EPG coverage and find out why a stream shows a black screen. The site was built for a Turkish audience, so the tool screens speak Turkish — the guides below translate every label you need.
The full toolkit
Every tool works without an account, a subscription or an upload limit. Names below match the navigation; each link opens the Turkish interface.

Why the labels are Turkish
Translating a tool interface is not the same as translating a page: every button, error message and status code has to be rewritten and re-tested. Instead of shipping a half-translated screen we wrote real English documentation and kept the interface consistent in one language. If you get stuck, the guides name the exact buttons: “Kategorileri getir” (fetch categories), “Seçilenleri test et” (test selected), “Temiz M3U” (clean playlist) and “Derin HLS testi” (deep HLS test).
FAQ
Is M3UKit available in English?+
The guides on this page are in English and explain every step. The tool screens use Turkish labels; the guides and glossary above translate them so you can follow the interface without knowing Turkish.
Which tools are free?+
All of them. Parsing, editing, merging, QR generation and Enigma2 conversion run in your browser; only stream tests and CORS-blocked playlist downloads use our worker.
Do you store my playlist or credentials?+
No. Playlist files stay in the browser and credentials are only used for the request you start. Nothing is written to a database.
Why do some channels come back as suspicious?+
Suspicious means the server answered but we could not confirm playable media: an HTML login page, an empty body, or an HLS manifest whose segments return 403/404. That is exactly the case where a player shows a black screen, so we refuse to call it online.
Turkish pages are the original; English guides are translations of the same workflow. · Türkçe
